Hi, I'm Tanvi.

I'm thrilled you're here.

I am a counselling psychologist and the founder of Caring Mind Conversation. With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I’ve had the opportunity to work across hospitals, schools, and therapeutic spaces, supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with children navigating anxiety, adolescents finding their footing during transitions, adults grappling with grief, stress, or burnout, and couples seeking greater connection. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and deep listening anchored in the belief that healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces.

My path to psychology was shaped not only by formal education and clinical work but also by personal experience. Growing up, I witnessed emotional pain carried quietly by people I loved, something that stirred a deep desire in me to understand human suffering and resilience more fully. Life itself has been a profound teacher, showing me that what we often need most is to be seen, heard, and held with compassion.

Yours truly,
Tanvi, Founder of Caring Mind Conversations

Therapeutic Approach

Tanvi follows an eclectic and integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), trauma-informed, relational, and narrative frameworks. Her work is client-centered and grounded in the belief that therapy is a shared space for reflection, insight, and growth.

She places emphasis on the importance of relationships, context, and culture in shaping emotional well-being. Her goal is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Professional Experience

Tanvi Seth is a counseling psychologist with extensive experience across clinical, educational, and community mental health settings. Her work has spanned private hospitals, schools, NGOs, and collaborative community initiatives where she has provided psychological support to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns.

She began her clinical career in multidisciplinary hospital settings, where she offered therapeutic support to adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and chronic health-related stress. Her work in medical environments included providing pre- and post-operative counseling, grief and bereavement support, and psychoeducation for individuals and their families particularly in high-impact departments such as oncology, gynecology, and critical care.

Tanvi also worked as a high school counselor in a reputed CBSE school, supporting adolescents through individual counseling, social-emotional learning programs, and career guidance. She collaborated closely with educators and parents to design holistic mental health strategies that address students’ evolving emotional and developmental needs. Her school-based work has also included developing and facilitating mental health programs and capacity-building workshops for teachers and school leaders.

In 2021, amidst the heightened emotional and psychological distress brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Tanvi founded Caring Mind Conversation—her private practice and therapeutic space built on the belief that accessible, compassionate, and culturally attuned mental health care is more important than ever. The uncertainty and isolation experienced during the pandemic brought to light the urgent need for safe, non-judgmental spaces where individuals could process grief, anxiety, identity concerns, and relational difficulties. Caring Mind Conversation was created to meet that need offering thoughtful, trauma-informed, and reflective care for individuals seeking deeper emotional understanding and connection.

In parallel to her individual therapeutic work, Tanvi has remained deeply engaged with community mental health initiatives. She has led school mental health programs in collaboration with NGOs, trained educators in psychosocial awareness, and supported government school systems in building mental health referral networks. Additionally, she actively designs and delivers workshops and webinars on emotional well-being, stress management, and workplace mental health for corporate and organizational audiences.

Through her varied roles, Tanvi brings a grounded, relational, and context-sensitive lens to therapy committed to offering support that is not only clinically sound, but also deeply human and responsive to the world we live in.
